Refund Policy

_NOW Group is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Here's what you need to know:

14-Day Cooling Off Period
_A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. All refunds will be less transaction charges associated with our payment recovery system

Pro-Rata Refunds Available For:

  • Verified medical conditions/sickness
  • Loss of employment/income
  • Relocation to a different time zone preventing regular attendance to home group.

_Pro-rata refunds are applied from the next payment due date. (Payments for the current calendar month will not be refunded)

NOTE: For pro-rata refund requests, you must provide signed proof of circumstances forcing withdrawal from NOW membership. This can be a written statement with co-signature and witness to corroborate the circumstance.

Membership Cancellation

_21 days notice required before renewal date to ensure immediate cessation from next payment

_All cancellation and membership-related enquiries must be submitted via email
• Refunds will not be given in a late cancellation scenario regardless of product engagement

Please Note:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method account, minus charges and handling fees incurred through our payment recovery system. Refund processing times may vary due to pass-through accounting systems.

However, we endeavour to complete all refund requests within 5 working days of receipt. Acknowledgment and response will be a maximum of 48 working hours (Monday to Friday.) So a total of seven working days should be the expected refund completion time.
